What we collect
Account data (email, name, optional profile fields you choose to share), matches you create or join, comments, demand signals (city and preferences you submit), and technical logs needed for security.
Why (legal bases)
To provide the service (contract), to keep it secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest), analytics cookie only with consent, and legal obligations.
Public vs private
Profiles are private by default; public pages never show your email. Private matches are visible only with an invite link. Demand data is shown only as aggregated counts.
Processors
Hosting (Netlify), database (Supabase). If online payments are activated, the payment provider will process payment data under its own terms.
Retention
Data is kept while your account exists; you can export your data and request deletion from your profile.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection; you may complain to your data protection authority (in Spain: AEPD).
