Cancellation & Refund Policy
Read this before paying for a match. Online payments are not active yet; today refunds are handled by the organizer you paid.
If the match is cancelled
If the organizer cancels, or a match is cancelled automatically because the minimum number of players was not reached, players who paid should get their money back.
If you cancel
Each paid match may show the organizer's cancellation conditions (for example a deadline to leave for free). These conditions are shown before you join and cannot remove rights you have by law.
Waitlist
If you leave, your spot is offered to the next person on the waitlist for a limited time.
When payments are active
Refunds will be issued through the payment provider to the original payment method, subject to the provider's rules. Referral commissions are reversed for refunded payments.
EU consumer rights
Statutory consumer rights under EU and national law apply. Note that for leisure services booked for a specific date, the 14-day withdrawal right may not apply (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(l)); the organizer's stated conditions and the law then govern.
Disputes
You can open a dispute on the match page; an admin reviews it.
