Terms for Organizers
These terms apply to anyone who creates or imports matches on the platform.
Organizer of record
The person who publishes a match is its organizer and is responsible for its accuracy (place, time, format, price, rules). Only publish matches you organise yourself; never copy other people's matches.
Free matches
Free matches are proposals on public pitches. They are not pitch reservations; organizers must not present them as booked.
Paid matches
Paid matches require an approved organizer profile. A paid match may only be marked CONFIRMED with a real booking reference. The price breakdown is shown to players before they join.
Payments today
Online payments and payouts are not active. Any money is currently paid directly to the organizer, who is responsible for receipts, refunds and any tax obligations.
Conduct and safety
Organizers must treat players fairly, respect venue rules and remove nobody for discriminatory reasons. We may hide matches or suspend accounts that break these terms.
Ratings
Players can rate organizers after a match; ratings and reliability are based on real attendance only.
